FlightSchoolIntel is a public directory of US flight and ground schools. This page describes analytics on https://www.flightschoolintel.com, embeds on the From X tab, and the pricing-request relay. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Google Analytics 4
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic: pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, and device. Google sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser for that measurement.
Posts from X
The From X tab on the intel blog loads embedded posts from X. The script from platform.twitter.com loads only when that tab has posts to show. When that embed script runs, X may set cookies and collect data, including information about your device and how you use the embed.
Each embed is requested with Do Not Track (dnt=true). That is a request to X, not a guarantee that X will honor it, and not a guarantee that X will refrain from setting cookies or collecting data.
Opt out
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Pricing requests
In the pricing pilot, a student can ask FlightSchoolIntel to request current prices from schools they choose. FlightSchoolIntel relays that request. The school message includes the student's first name only. It does not include the email address, a last name, or the optional note unless the student marks that note as shareable. Nothing is sent to a school until the student confirms the email and a reviewer approves each message. Sending is off unless a mail provider is later turned on.
For each request we store the first name, email address, training goal, timeline, optional note, and the school ids the student selected. We also store the drafted school messages and, when a school replies, the reply text a reviewer records.
We delete the raw request, the school drafts, and the replies 12 months after the request, or sooner on request. The confirmation message includes a personal delete link. Opening it and confirming deletion removes that request, the inquiries, and the student details stored for it. You can also email hello@flightschoolintel.com and ask us to delete it. A reviewer can delete the same records from the pricing admin page.
